Our Kern County communities deserve the very best law enforcement officers.
Working together with local business leaders, our citizens, and all Kern County law enforcement agencies, we will strive to pursue excellence and creativity. In partnership with our citizens and law enforcement agencies, the Foundation will do the right things for the right reasons.
We will identify needs of the law enforcement community to better serve our citizens that may not be met by normal budgetary guidelines or limits.
We will be dedicated to enhancing the prospect of safe Kern County communities and will accomplish this by gathering and marshaling the resources of sponsors and members to provide the needed funds to enhance the quality of life for our citizens.
We will support all Kern County law enforcement agencies to effectively and efficiently carry out their missions.
To achieve these goals requires dedication, determination and perseverance of all law enforcement agencies and the continued support of the community.
We will work tirelessly to promote safety and training to keep our law enforcement officers alive.
We shall demonstrate the highest ethical and professional standards in all our operations.
We will try to circulate important information and actions by our law enforcement community that portray a positive and professional presence.
We shall annually recognize and award deserving citizens and law enforcement officers for actions above and beyond the call of duty.

November 10, we lost a great man in our community. Randy's dedication to KCLEF and all law enforcement will never be forgotten
Randy was a homicide detective with the Kern County Sheriff's Office and later went into the private sector with Raymond's Trophies where he brought his family into the business. He has donated and created all our awards since he went into business. He was a board member for four years and donated time to the organization fundraisers. A community activist, he was always ready to help anyone. We all will miss his smiling face and help. Rest in peace.
